1-1/2" 150# CF8M Flange End Ball Valve

The 1-1/2" 150# CF8M Flange End Ball Valve is engineered for high-pressure industrial applications, meeting ASME B16.34 standards with a 150# pressure rating. Constructed from CF8M (AISI 316 stainless steel), it provides good corrosion resistance in harsh environments, including offshore and chemical processing industries.

This valve features a flanged end connection (ASME B16.5), ensuring leak-proof performance in high-pressure systems. The floating ball design with reinforced PTFE seats delivers reliable sealing even under fluctuating pressures. The blowout-proof stem enhances safety, preventing stem ejection during operation.

Manufactured using investment casting (lost-wax process), the valve body achieves high dimensional accuracy and structural integrity. The lever handle allows for easy manual operation, while the fire-safe design (optional) ensures compliance with API 607 standards. Suitable for temperatures between -40°C to 250°C, this valve is widely used in oil & gas, power plants, and marine applications.
