DN50/20/15 CF8M Flanged Ball Valve

This DN50/20/15 CF8M Flanged Ball Valve is designed for high-performance fluid control applications in corrosive and high-pressure environments. Manufactured from CF8M stainless steel (AISI 316), it offers nice resistance to acids, chlorides, and other aggressive media. The valve features a flanged connection (PN16 rating), ensuring secure installation in pipelines requiring 16-bar pressure resistance.

The full-bore design minimizes pressure drop, allowing efficient flow control in industrial processes such as chemical processing, petrochemical, and water treatment. The flanged ends comply with international standards (EN 1092-1, ASME B16.5), ensuring compatibility with existing piping systems. The lever-operated ball valve provides quick shut-off, and the PTFE seats ensure tight sealing with low torque operation.

Precision-cast using the investment casting (silica sol) process, the valve body has a smooth surface finish, reducing turbulence and wear.
