DN15/20/25/32 PN16 CF8 Flanged Ball Valve

The DN15/20/25/32 PN16 CF8 Flanged Ball Valve series is designed for small-bore piping systems requiring stainless steel (CF8/AISI 304) construction. These compact valves are ideal for applications in instrumentation, dosing systems, and low-flow control.

With a PN16 pressure rating, they withstand moderate pressures while maintaining leak-tight performance. The full-port design ensures minimal pressure drop, crucial for precision flow regulation. The flanged ends (EN 1092-1/DIN standard) provide secure bolting, preventing misalignment in tight installations.

Manufactured using silica sol investment casting, these valves exhibit high surface quality and dimensional consistency. The floating ball mechanism with PTFE seats ensures reliable sealing, while the 316 stem enhances corrosion resistance.

Each valve undergoes pressure testing (EN 12266-1) to ensure compliance with industry standards. The compact design makes them ideal for space-constrained installations.
