10K/65A Investment Castings For Butterfly Valve Body

Our 10K/65A investment castings for butterfly valve bodies are designed to meet JIS and ANSI standards, ensuring compatibility with global valve systems. These castings are produced using silica sol investment casting, which delivers high precision and consistency for critical sealing surfaces. The butterfly valve bodies are lightweight yet robust, suitable for water treatment, HVAC, and marine applications.

Materials such as SCS13A (equivalent to CF8) and SCS14A (CF8M) provide nice resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The castings are pressure-tested up to 10K (PN16) and are available in sizes from DN50 to DN1200. We offer additional machining services for flange faces and bolt holes to ensure seamless integration into valve assemblies. Strict quality control measures, including dimensional checks and material certification, guarantee long-term performance.
