DN65 PN16/10 Flange Soft Seal Gate Valve Casting

The DN65 PN16/10 flange soft seal gate valve casting is engineered for shut-off applications in high-pressure and high-temperature systems. Made from ASTM A351 CF8 (304 stainless steel), it combines mechanical strength with resistance to oxidation and scaling. The casting is designed to meet PN16 (16 bar) pressure rating at ambient temperatures and PN10 (10 bar) at elevated temperatures, ensuring versatility across different operating conditions.

The gate valve design features a wedge or parallel disc configuration, providing a tight seal when closed. Precision casting ensures accurate alignment of the flange faces (EN 1092-1 or ASME B16.5 standards) and smooth flow paths to reduce pressure loss. Post-casting machining includes seat surface finishing to ensure proper sealing with elastomeric or metal seats.

This casting is widely used in power plants, petrochemical refineries, and water distribution systems.
