Our stainless steel investment valve casting parts are manufactured using precision investment casting technology, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and good surface finish. These components are widely used in industrial valves for applications requiring corrosion resistance, durability, and tight tolerances. The process involves creating a wax pattern, coating it with ceramic shell material, and then melting the wax to form a mold for molten stainless steel. This method allows for complex geometries and reduces the need for secondary machining.
Materials such as CF8, CF8M, and CF3 are commonly used to meet ASTM standards, providing nice performance in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. These castings are suitable for gate valves, globe valves, and ball valves, where reliability is critical. Custom specifications, including sizes up to DN600 and pressure ratings up to PN40, are available upon request.
