DN80 PN16 WCB Flange Ball Valve Casting

The DN80 PN16 WCB Flange Ball Valve Casting is a heavy-duty component designed for high-flow applications. Made from WCB (ASTM A216) carbon steel, this casting provides nice tensile strength and impact resistance, making it ideal for oil, gas, and power generation industries.

The DN80 (3") size accommodates larger pipe diameters, ensuring efficient flow control in demanding environments. This casting undergoes post-casting heat treatment to enhance its mechanical properties, including stress relief annealing. Quality assurance includes hydrostatic testing and dimensional verification to meet international standards such as API 6D.
